Sangjoger Karigor ("we", "our", or "the App") is a reward management application for Enovar product electricians and customers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Password — stored securely (hashed), never in plain text.
Reward points and transaction history — to track points earned by scanning QR codes and redemptions.
Payment account details — only when you submit a cash redemption request (e.g., mobile banking number).

Camera Usage

The App uses your device camera to scan product QR codes. Camera images are processed on-device only and are never stored, uploaded, or shared.

How We Use Your Data

To create and manage your account.
To record reward points earned and redeemed.
To process cash redemption requests.
To send SMS notifications about registration, reward credits, and payment confirmations.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Your data is used solely to operate the reward program.

Request Account & Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. We will process your request and permanently delete your account and data.

How to delete your account:

Option 1 — In the App (recommended): Log in to the app, go to the Home screen, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete Account". Confirm to permanently delete your account and all associated data (wallet, points, and history) immediately.
